Villas San Blas is LOCATED in the quiet area of San Blas, in the Municipality of Tías, in Lanzarote , on a hillside overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Villas San Blas is only three minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of Puerto del Carmen, 5km from the airport and 2km from Lanzarote Golf.The Villas comprise twelve marvellous, grouped and independent brand new villas (approx. 300sqm), each with three bedrooms (1 double, 2twin). The living areas are harmoniously decorated with a satellite TV and a dining area. There are two bathrooms with bathtub and shower, and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, oven crockery and utensils. The house has a typical Canary architecture, located in a plot area of 1000m2 of approximately 130m2 constructed. The house have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bathtub and shower, independent lounge dinning room with TV SAT, independent kitchen completely equipped (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, vitro, washing machine etc) 3 wide terraces, 2 of them placed in front of the bedrooms and one of them placed in front of the living room. The house has also a solarium in front of the private pool with furniture for terrace and air conditioning and heating in bedrooms and living room. The entrance door is automatic controlled by a remote control.
